Ed Ritti, Vice President of Fox & Roach Land Development, has been active since 1973 in the Tri-State area with residential and commercial land developments. Working directly with builders and municipalities, Ed is an experienced Realtor having consulted and/or sold land parcels in Pennsylvania, Delaware and New Jersey.

He is a member of two real estate broker international networks, the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), where his 30+ years of membership were recently honored with Legacy Member status, and Certified Real Estate Brokerage Managers (CRB). His membership to these networks help when more “global” exposure is required. Ed is a graduate of Villanova University with a degree in Civil Engineering.

James J. Boyle, Sr. boasts sales expertise covering the full spectrum of real estate property: residential, commercial, institutional raw/approved land, and the sale & leasing of commercial and residential properties. In his career, James has sold over 4,000 acres of land and sold or developed more than 1,000 building lots.

Prior to his current position with Land Development of Fox & Roach James was responsible for management of project operations at Rudolf Meckel & Sons/Arbor Associates, a regionally recognized site work, asphalt paving, and associated real estate development company. In this role, he also identified and improved land for development of residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

James has also held positions in construction management for a variety of owners and developers, including Bob Scarborough Homes/Quill Corporation and Heffernan Company, general contractors.

Michael Byrne has been selling real estate in Pennsylvania for thirty years and has been a member of a “Top of the Rock” sales team, the highest sales award given by Prudential, for ten years. After graduating as an officer candidate from Quantico, VA, Mike served in the United States Marine Corps (U.S.MC) and was honorably discharged with the final rank of captain.

Mike was a successful owner-dealer-principal of the oldest Chrysler dealership in Pennsylvania for thirty years. Mike’s experience as a business owner is coupled with his ability to consummate sales. His ability to impress equal satisfaction on both buyer and seller is the hallmark of his career. Mike is a graduate of St. Joseph’s College with a degree in Science in Economics.

Rachel LeWitt has expertise in the technological side of the Land Development group. She provides support by managing the website and curating our newsletter. Rachel graduated from Lafayette College, where she studied English and Psychology.

Kurt Marhefka has been in the real estate, construction and land development industries since 1991. As a long time member of the Board of Directors for the Home Builders Association of Bucks and Montgomery Counties, Kurt is familiar with the land acquisition executives for the local, regional and national builders that comprise this market. He understands the unique information needed by these executives to evaluate land for possible development and how to best serve the land owner’s needs in the process. Kurt is also licensed in New Jersey.

Dottie Shields has 20 years of experience in real estate, and understands the importance of keeping abreast of all commitments surrounding the agreement process. Dottie provides support to the Regional Land Directors in maintaining their schedules and commitments.

Jerry Strusowki has, since 1978, been active in the sale and marketing of both new homes and residential sales. As a leading area Broker, he brings an expansive and exceptional knowledge of the real estate industry as a result of his involvement in all facets of real estate. As a native Delawarean, he is thoroughly familiar with both the New Castle County and Chester County market areas. In addition to holding a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Delaware, he is also a licensed Broker in the states of Delaware and Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Delaware Association of REALTORS® and was a member of the Board of Directors in 2009-2012. He is also a member of the National Association of REALTORS®. He also graduated from the Realtors Institute and completed the Certified Residential Specialist and Certified Residential Brokerage Courses as well as the Accredited Buyer Representation Course.

Tom Wheeler, a Real Estate Agent since 1984, Tom currently holds licenses in Maryland and Delaware. As a consistent top producer, Tom works diligently with owners of land to achieve their financial goals. Tom’s experience in planning and zoning has given him a solid foundation to work with builders and developers in Delaware and Maryland. His vigorous approach and knowledge will afford the expertise needed to locate, purchase, develop and market land for his clients.
